All printed clothing at noXstar is made on-demand.

Production time: 1–3 business days
Each item is printed after your order is placed
This reduces waste and keeps our drops intentional

🚚 Shipping Time

Our fulfillment partners operate in the U.S. and internationally.

Shipping time: 9–15 business days
Total delivery time (production + shipping): 10–18 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or peak demand.

💸 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

📦 Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to activate

🌍 Customs & Duties

Orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
These fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility

⚠️ Address Accuracy

Make sure your shipping address is correct.

noXstar is not responsible for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Reshipping fees may apply for returned packages

⏳ Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather
If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact the carrier first

🔄 Returns (3-Day Policy)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Since items are printed on-demand, returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Defective prints
- Wrong item received

Clear photos of the issue

Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or refund, based on the situation.
